From Eisriesenwelt, take a bus to Bischofshofen. You will need to walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the entrance of the Eisriesenwelt area. Once you arrive at the Bischofshofen main bus station, you can either walk to Wasserfall Bischofshofen or use a local taxi service, which should cost around €10 for the short distance.
