After approximately 10 minutes, continue on the B164 road in the direction of Dienten am Hochkönig. Look for signs directing you towards Wieselstein. As you approach the area, there will be a parking lot available where you can leave your car and prepare for a hike.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Hochkönig to Mühlbach am Hochkönig. The bus service runs regularly, and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Mühlbach, transfer to a local shuttle that operates towards Wieselstein. Be sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance, as it may only run during peak tourist seasons. The shuttle will drop you off at the nearest point to Wieselstein, from where you will need to walk approximately 30 minutes to reach the attraction.
Hiking
Once you have parked your car or arrived via shuttle, you will need to hike to Wieselstein. The trail is well-marked and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
