If you are driving, head towards Taxenbach from your current location in Hohe Tauern National Park. Follow the signs to B166, which is the main road that connects the various towns in the area. Once you reach Taxenbach, look for Kitzlochklamm-Straße. Turn onto Kitzlochklamm-Straße, and follow it until you see the entrance to Kitzlochklamm Gorge on your right. There is parking available nearby, but note that there may be a parking fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Kitzlochklamm Gorge using public transport, start by taking a bus or train to Taxenbach. The nearest train station is in Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße, which is about 12 kilometers away. From there, take the bus (Line 660) towards Taxenbach. Once you arrive at the Taxenbach stop, walk along Kitzlochklamm-Straße for about 15 minutes until you reach the entrance of the gorge. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time to avoid long waiting periods.

Walking from Taxenbach
If you are already in Taxenbach, you can walk to Kitzlochklamm Gorge. From the center of Taxenbach, head southeast on Kitzlochklamm-Straße. It is approximately a 30-minute walk (about 2.5 kilometers). Follow the road signs, and you will reach the entrance to the gorge.
