Public Transport - Tram
From the Igls tram stop, take the tram line 6 towards Innsbruck. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Innsbruck Congress' stop. From there, transfer to tram line 1 towards 'Igls - Pötzleinsdorf' and get off at the 'Marktplatz' stop. This stop is only a few minutes' walk from the Golden Roof.
Walking
After getting off at the 'Marktplatz' stop, exit the tram and walk towards Maria-Theresien-Straße. Continue straight on Maria-Theresien-Straße until you reach the intersection with Herzog-Friedrich-Straße. Turn left onto Herzog-Friedrich-Straße, and the Golden Roof will be located at number 15 on your right. The walk from the tram stop to the Golden Roof should take about 5 minutes.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can book a taxi from Igls to the Golden Roof. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes, and taxi fares may vary, typically costing around €20 to €25.
