Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Pertisau, which is well-connected by road. Drive east on Achenseestraße (B181) for about 10 minutes (approximately 8 km) until you reach the cable car base station of Rofan. There is parking available at the station, but please note that there may be a parking fee (around €5 for the day). From here, take the Rofan gondola lift to the top station (around €20 for a round trip). Once at the top station, follow the marked hiking trails for about 30 minutes to reach Adlerhorst.

For those using public transport, take the train from Innsbruck to Jenbach (approximately 30 minutes). From Jenbach, transfer to the Achensee steam cog railway, which will take you to the Achensee lake area. Once you arrive at Pertisau, walk to the Rofan cable car station (about a 15-minute walk). Take the cable car up to the top station (ticket approximately €20 for a round trip), and from there, follow the hiking trails to Adlerhorst, which should take about 30 minutes.
