    Getting There

    Bus

    From the center of Klagenfurt, walk to the Klagenfurt Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station). Look for Bus Line 522, which goes towards Kranjska Gora. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. After about 45 minutes, get off at the Podkoren stop. From there, walk approximately 1 kilometer in the direction of Podkoren 75, following the signs to Zelenci Nature Reserve.

    Train

    Head to Klagenfurt Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station) and take a train towards Jesenice. You will need to change trains at either Lesce-Bled or at a connecting station. Once you reach the Kranjska Gora stop, exit the train and take Bus Line 522 towards Podkoren. Get off at the Podkoren stop, and then walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach Zelenci Nature Reserve.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Klagenfurt. Start by heading towards the bike path that leads to the outskirts of the city. Follow the signs for Kranjska Gora. The ride is approximately 20 kilometers and will take around 1-2 hours depending on your cycling speed. Once you reach Podkoren, look for signs directing you to Zelenci Nature Reserve, which is about 1 kilometer from the village.

    Walking

    For the adventurous, you can walk from Klagenfurt to Kranjska Gora, although it's a lengthy trek of about 20 kilometers. Start from the city center and follow the main road towards Kranjska Gora. Once you arrive in Podkoren, look for signs to Zelenci Nature Reserve, which is about 1 kilometer away. Ensure you wear comfortable walking shoes and carry water, as this will be a long journey.
