Public Transport - Tram
Start your journey at the Linz Main Train Station (Linz Hauptbahnhof). From there, take Tram line 1 towards 'Gleis 1'. Stay on the tram for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Urfahr' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk north on Urfahrstraße for about 5 minutes until you reach Ottensheimer Str. Turn left onto Ottensheimer Str. and walk for about 300 meters. The Communication Monument will be on your right.
Walking
If you are near the city center (like Hauptplatz), head northeast towards the Danube River. Cross the Nibelungen Bridge (Nibelungenbrücke) and follow the signs for 'Urfahr'. After crossing the bridge, continue straight until you reach Urfahrstraße. Turn left on Urfahrstraße and walk for about 10 minutes. Then, turn left onto Ottensheimer Str. and walk about 300 meters. The Communication Monument will be on your right.
Bus
From the city center, you can take Bus line 27 from the 'Volksgarten' bus stop. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Urfahr' stop. After getting off, walk north along Urfahrstraße for about 5 minutes. Turn left onto Ottensheimer Str. and walk about 300 meters. The Communication Monument will be on your right.
