If you are in the city center, simply walk towards the Hauptplatz. From the Linz Main Square (Linzer Hauptplatz), you will see the large open area surrounded by historic buildings. If you are coming from the Linz Cathedral (Neuer Dom), head southeast towards the main square. The Hauptplatz is about a 10-minute walk from the cathedral.

If you prefer cycling, there are bicycle rental stations across Linz. Rent a bike and head towards the city center using the cycling lanes. Follow signs to the Linz Hauptplatz; it is a popular destination and well-marked. You can park your bike at designated bike racks available around the square.

For a more direct route, you can take a taxi. Simply hail a taxi from the street or use a ride-sharing app. Provide the driver with 'Hauptplatz, 4020 Linz' as your destination. The drivers are familiar with the area and will take you directly to the main square.
