Car
If you are driving from any location in Lower Austria, take the A1 motorway towards Vienna. Depending on your starting point, you may need to navigate local roads to reach the A1. Once on the A1, follow the signs for Vienna and take the exit for A23 towards the city center. Merge onto A23 and take the exit for 'Landstraße' (exit 7). Follow the signs to 'Wien Mitte' and continue onto the B227. Look for signs directing you to 'Fritz-Grünbaum-Platz'. The Haus des Meeres is located at Fritz-Grünbaum-Platz 1, 1060 Wien. There is paid parking available nearby, so be prepared for parking fees.

To reach Haus des Meeres using public transportation, find your nearest train or bus station and take a train or bus towards Vienna. If you are in a nearby village or town, you may need to take a regional bus or train to a larger station like St. Pölten or Wiener Neustadt, then switch to a train heading to Vienna. Once in Vienna, you can take the U-Bahn (subway) Line U4 to 'Karlsplatz' station. From there, transfer to tram line 1 or 62 and get off at 'Resselgasse'. Walk for about 5 minutes to reach Fritz-Grünbaum-Platz 1. Be sure to check the current ticket prices for trains and trams, as they may vary.
