Car
If you are driving from central Mostviertel, head towards the A1 motorway. Take the A1 towards Vienna and exit at 'Melk'. Follow signs for B3 towards Dürnstein. Once in Dürnstein, find parking near the town center. From there, you can walk to Donauinsel Pritzenau, which is a scenic area along the Danube River. Please note that parking may incur fees, typically around €2-3 per hour.
Public Transportation
You can take a train from various locations in Mostviertel to the 'Melk' train station. From Melk, transfer to the bus line 719 towards Dürnstein. The bus will drop you off near the town center, from where you can walk to Donauinsel Pritzenau. Total travel time is approximately 1.5 hours. A one-way ticket will cost around €5-7.
