If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the center of Mostviertel. Head southeast on the B1 towards Nöhagen. Continue on the B1 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Nöhagen. Turn right onto Nöhagen 59 and follow the road until you reach Gudenus Cave, which will be on your left. There is a small parking area available nearby, but make sure to check local signage for any parking fees that might apply.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a regional train from the Mostviertel area to the nearest train station, which is in Ybbs an der Donau. From Ybbs, take bus line 101 heading towards Nöhagen. Get off at the 'Nöhagen' stop. From the bus stop, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Gudenus Cave. Head southeast on Nöhagen street, and it will lead you directly to the cave. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.

The route is approximately 12 kilometers and mostly flat, making it suitable for cyclists of all skill levels. Once you arrive in Nöhagen, follow Nöhagen 59 to reach the cave.
