Walking

From the center of Oetz, head towards Örlachweg. The park is approximately a 15-minute walk, passing local shops and offering scenic views. Follow the signs directing you to Örlachweg 22, where the Kids Park is located.

Public Transport

From Ötztal-Bahnhof, take bus line 320 or 4196 towards Oetz. Get off at the Oetz Gemeindeamt station, which is the town center. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to the park on Örlachweg. A single bus fare costs between €2-€4.

Driving

From Innsbruck, take the A12 motorway towards Bregenz and exit at Ötztal. Follow the B186 road towards Oetz. Once in Oetz, follow signs to Örlachweg. The Kids Park is located at Örlachweg 22. Parking is available nearby. Daily parking in Oetz costs around €5.

WIDI's Kids Park in Oetz offers a unique and engaging play experience for children of all ages. Covering 3,000 square meters, this freely accessible playground is one of the largest in Tyrol. The park's design is inspired by the Ötztal region's rich mining history, providing an educational and imaginative play environment.Children can explore ten different play stations, each crafted from natural materials like Robinia wood. Toddlers have their own dedicated area, while older kids can enjoy more challenging equipment like the Miners' Bridge and a tube slide. Highlights include a gold panning area, an iron and hammer swing, and a gold scales seesaw.The park is conveniently located next to the Oetz swimming pool, making it easy to combine playtime with a refreshing dip. A café with a sun terrace is also nearby, offering refreshments and a relaxing space for parents. The entire park is stroller-friendly, ensuring accessibility for families with young children. WIDI, the Ötztal mascot, a cute mountain sheep, adds to the park's charm.
