RathausGalerien is located in the pedestrian zone of Maria-Theresien-Straße, making it easily accessible on foot from most central Innsbruck locations. From the Golden Roof (Goldenes Dachl), walk south along Herzog-Friedrich-Straße, which becomes Maria-Theresien-Straße. The mall will be on your right. No costs involved.

Tram lines 1, 2, 3, 5, and STB, as well as bus lines 5E, A, C, J, M, N1, N2, N7, and N8, stop at Maria-Theresien-Straße/Marktgraben. Alternatively, tram lines 2, 3, 5, STB and bus lines 5E, F, R, 501, 502, 503 stop at Anichstraße/RathausGalerien. A single ticket within Innsbruck's central zone costs approximately €2.70.

Night rates (7 PM to 7 AM) are €1.50 per half hour, with a maximum night rate of €8.00. Keep in mind that Maria-Theresien-Straße is a pedestrian zone.
