Getting There

• Car

  From the center of Pinzgau, head towards Leogang. Follow the B164 road until you reach Leogang. Once in Leogang, look for signs directing you to the Asitzbahn cable car. Turn onto the road leading to Pirzbichl. Kleiner Wasserfall Asitz is located near the Asitzbahn station. Parking is available at the Asitzbahn, but be aware that there may be parking fees depending on the season.

• Public Transportation

  Take a regional train or bus to Leogang. The nearest train station is Leogang, which is well-connected to Salzburg and other cities. From the Leogang train station, you can take a local bus (Line 610 towards Leogang) that will drop you off near the Asitzbahn cable car station. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the path signs to Kleiner Wasserfall Asitz, which is a short hike from the cable car station.

• Hiking

  If you are already in Leogang and prefer to hike, you can start your journey from the village center. Follow the marked hiking trails towards the Asitzbahn. The hike is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace and will take you through beautiful alpine scenery. Once you reach the Asitzbahn station, continue following the signs for Kleiner Wasserfall, which is a short walk from the station.
