    Walking

    Mirabell Palace is centrally located in Salzburg and easily accessible on foot from many points in the city. From Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), it's approximately a 15-minute walk. Exit the station and walk straight ahead on Rainerstraße. You'll see the gardens and palace on your left. No costs are involved.

    Public Transport

    Several bus lines stop at Mirabellplatz, right in front of the palace. From Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, take bus lines 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 22 or 25 to the 'Mirabellplatz' stop. The ride is short, and buses run frequently. A single ticket costs between €1 and €2.

    Taxi

    Taxis are readily available throughout Salzburg, including at the main train station. A taxi ride from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof to Mirabell Palace takes only a few minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around €6-€7. Taxi service "8111" is recommended.

    Parking

    If driving, the Mirabell-Congress-Garage is located opposite the Mirabell Palace. However, note that the car park is closed every Thursday from 00:00 to 16:00 due to a weekly market. Parking costs €1.50 for each 20 minutes. A 24-hour parking ticket costs €40. Other nearby parking options include the underground car park Auersperg, with hourly rates starting from €3 and a daily maximum of €30.
