Public Transport - Bus
Start your journey at the main bus station in Salzburg, known as 'Salzburg Hauptbahnhof'. From there, take bus number 1 towards 'Salzburg Aigen'. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes. You will need to get off at the stop called 'Edmundsburg'. After disembarking, walk approximately 5 minutes up the hill towards the Edmundsburg landmark. The bus runs frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long for your ride.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Mirabell Palace, which is a popular tourist spot in Salzburg. From the palace, head southeast on Mirabellplatz, then take a left onto Stubenhumerstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Linzer Gasse. Turn right onto Linzer Gasse, then continue straight until you reach the bridge over the Salzach River. Cross the river and head towards the hill. Follow the signs towards the 'Edmundsburg', which is a 30-minute walk from the palace.

From the Getreidegasse, walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Markus-Sittikus-Straße'. Take tram number 3 towards 'Hallein'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Südtiroler Platz' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 1, which will take you directly to 'Edmundsburg'. The entire journey should take around 30-40 minutes.
