    Getting There

    Walking

    If you are starting from the Mirabell Palace, exit the palace grounds and head east towards the Salzach River. Once you reach the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank for about 10 minutes until you see the bridge called 'Makartsteg'. Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead. After crossing the bridge, take the first right onto Hofstallgasse. You will see the Haus für Mozart on your left at Hofstallgasse 1.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    From Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (the main train station), take bus number 1 or 2 towards 'Salzburg Stadtmitte'. Get off at the 'Hofstallgasse' bus stop. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance down Hofstallgasse, and you will find the Haus für Mozart at Hofstallgasse 1, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop.

    Walking

    If you are near the Getreidegasse, one of the most famous streets in Salzburg, head towards the southern end of the street. Continue walking straight until you reach the Residenza Platz. From there, turn left and walk towards the Domplatz. Continue walking straight through the plaza until you reach the intersection with Hofstallgasse. Turn right on Hofstallgasse, and the Haus für Mozart will be on your right at Hofstallgasse 1.

    Public Transport (Tram)

    Catch tram number 1 from 'Salzburg Hauptbahnhof' (the main train station) in the direction of 'Aigen'. Get off at 'Sternbrücke' stop. From there, walk towards the Salzach River and cross the bridge. Once you are on the other side of the river, turn left and walk along the riverbank to reach 'Makartsteg'. After crossing the bridge, take the first right onto Hofstallgasse, and you will see Haus für Mozart at Hofstallgasse 1.
