Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards Schladming and follow the signs for Rohrmoos-Untertal. From the center of Schladming, take the B320 (Ennstalbundesstraße) towards Rohrmoos. After approximately 3 km, take the exit for Rohrmoos and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Spreitzweg. Turn left onto Spreitzweg and follow it until you see the signs for Mittelstation Planai West. There is parking available near the cable car station, but note that parking fees may apply.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  To reach Mittelstation Planai West using public transportation, take the bus from Schladming central bus station. Look for the bus line that goes towards Rohrmoos-Untertal. The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Mittelstation Planai', which is located close to the cable car station. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for the most accurate departure times and frequency.

• Walking from Rohrmoos

  If you find yourself in Rohrmoos, you can also walk to Mittelstation Planai West. From the village, head towards the cable car station by following the signs. The walk is approximately 2 km and should take around 30-40 minutes. The route is scenic, with beautiful views of the mountains, so it’s a pleasant option if you enjoy hiking.
