Getting There

  • Car

    From Schladming, follow the B320 Ennstal road, then take the Ramsau am Dachstein turn-off. Drive through Ramsau village and turn left onto the Dachstein toll road. Continue to the Türlwandhütte, where the Dachstein cable car valley station is located. Cable car passengers can use the Dachstein toll road free of charge. Remember to validate your toll ticket at the machine in the Dachstein mountain station. Parking is available at the valley station. Expect to pay a toll if you do not use the cable car.

  • Public Transport

    From Schladming railway station, take the RVB bus line 960 to the Dachstein Türlwandhütte terminus. Alternatively, take the RVB glacier shuttle bus from Schladming "Planet Planai". With a valid reservation for the Dachstein cable car, the toll fee is waived.
