    From Ramsau am Dachstein, a 5.5 km toll road leads to the Dachstein cable car lift. The use of the Dachstein toll road is free for cable car guests. Validate your toll ticket at the machine in the Dachstein mountain station. Parking is free at the lift. Be aware that the parking spaces for people with disabilities can fill up quickly.

  • Public Transport

    Take the RVB Glacier Shuttlebus from Schladming to the Dachstein Valley Station. You can park your car for free in the multi-story car park or in the underground car park at the Planai. The use of the RVB glacier bus is free of charge for guests with a Sommercard. You have to pay the charge for the toll road in the bus, but you will get this money back at the Dachstein Valley Station. A single ride on public transport in Schladming costs around €2-3.
