From the Dachstein Krippenstein cable car valley station, purchase a ticket for Section 1, which takes you to the Schönbergalm middle station. From the Schönbergalm, follow the well-marked path uphill for about 15-20 minutes to reach the entrance of the Dachstein Ice Cave.
