From the Sigmund Freud Museum at Berggasse 19, walk southwest on Berggasse, then turn right onto Währinger Straße. Continue on Währinger Straße until you reach Universitätsstraße, then turn right. The park will be on your left, next to the Votivkirche. The walk is approximately 10 minutes.
