From the city center, Baden Josefsplatz is easily accessible on foot. It is located near the Arnulf Rainer Museum and the Frauenbad. Follow signs towards the city center or the Badner Bahn terminus.
Public Transport
Baden Josefsplatz is the main terminus for the Badner Bahn, which connects Baden to Vienna. It is also served by several local bus lines. From Vienna, take the Badner Bahn to the final stop at Baden Josefsplatz. The train from Wien Mitte to Baden B. Wien costs €5-€8. A bus from Wien Oper/Karlsplatz U to Baden Josefsplatz costs €7-€11.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Baden. A taxi from the Baden train station to Josefsplatz will be a short ride, costing approximately €10-€15. A taxi from Vienna to Baden costs €35-€45.
Driving
If driving, take the A2 motorway and exit at Baden. Follow signs towards the Zentrum (city center). Parking is available at the Römertherme parking deck and the Casino parking garage. Parking at the Römertherme parking deck costs €1 per half hour from 6:00 to 18:00. From 18:00 to 6:00 the rate is €4 per started hour.
