Getting There

  • Public Transport (U-Bahn)

    If you're starting from the city center, take the U1 (red line) subway from Stephansplatz station towards Leopoldau. Get off at the Praterstern station after 3 stops. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the exit for 'Prater'. Walk straight ahead until you reach the entrance of the Prater park. From there, head north towards Augarten, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. You will see signs directing you to Augarten.

  • Public Transport (Tram)

    From the city center, you can catch tram line 2 at the stop 'Schwedenplatz' heading towards 'Donaumarina'. Stay on the tram for about 7 stops, and get off at 'Augartenbrücke'. From the tram stop, cross the bridge and head towards the entrance of Augarten, which is just a short 5-minute walk.

  • Walking

    If you're nearby in the Leopoldstadt area, simply walk towards Augarten. From the intersection of Praterstraße and Ausstellungsstraße, head northeast along Ausstellungsstraße.
