    From the Hietzing U4 metro station, follow Elisabethallee southeast. You'll see the palace garden wall to the south. Continue until you reach the car park entrance on your left. Enter and walk to the far end, where you'll find a marked entrance to Schönbrunn Park on the right. Follow the path to reach the main palace. Walking from Hietzing station to the palace takes approximately 10 minutes and is free.
