Public Transport
From Innsbruck city center, take tram line 6 or bus line J to Igls. From Igls, transfer to bus line F towards 'Igls - Patscherkofelbahn'. The bus stop is directly outside the Patscherkofelbahn valley station. A single bus ticket costs approximately €2.50. From the valley station, purchase a ticket for the Patscherkofelbahn to ascend to the Bergstation. A round-trip 'Kofel Ticket' for adults costs €31.00.
Walking
From the center of Igls, walk southwest on Römerstraße towards the Patscherkofelbahn. The walk is approximately 1.5 kilometers and takes about 20 minutes. Follow the signs for Patscherkofelbahn to reach the valley station located at Römerstraße 81. From the valley station, purchase a ticket for the Patscherkofelbahn to ascend to the Bergstation. A round-trip 'Kofel Ticket' for adults costs €31.00.
Driving
From Innsbruck, follow the A13 Brenner motorway south towards Italy. Take exit 25-Patsch and follow signs for Igls. Once in Igls, follow the signs for Patscherkofelbahn. Parking is available at the cable car valley station. Guests of the Patscherkofelbahn get the parking fee refunded on the day of access when purchasing a mountain railway ticket. Otherwise, the daily parking fee is €6.
