The road is well-maintained but can be narrow in places, so drive carefully. Parking is available at the lake. Be aware that public transport up the Höhenstraße itself may be limited, so check schedules in advance. A taxi from Kaltenbach to Speichersee Mizun will cost approximately €30-€40.
Hiking
Experienced hikers can take several trails to Speichersee Mizun from the valley floor. These hikes are strenuous and require good physical condition.
