Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Innsbruck Airport (INN), take Bus F to Innsbruck Hbf (main train station). From there, take a train to Jenbach, then transfer to the Zillertalbahn to Zell am Ziller. Finally, take the free ski bus from Zell am Ziller station to the Rosenalmbahn lift. A single train ticket from Innsbruck to Zell am Ziller costs approximately €15-€25. The ski bus is free with a valid ski pass.

    Take the A12 Inntal Autobahn to the Zillertal exit. Follow the B169 to Zell am Ziller. Parking is free at the Rosenalmbahn and Karspitzbahn lifts, except for the Dorfbahn Gerlos lift. A vignette (toll sticker) is required for driving on Austrian Autobahns; a 10-day vignette costs around €9.90.
