    From the Mayrhofen train station, walk north along Bahnhofstraße, then turn right onto Hauptstraße. Continue on Hauptstraße for approximately 500m. The Penkenbahn valley station will be on your left. The walk is generally flat and takes about 10 minutes. No cost involved.

    Take the Zillertalbahn train to Mayrhofen Bahnhof (main station). From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the Penkenbahn. Alternatively, local buses stop near the Penkenbahn; check local schedules for routes and times. A single bus fare within Mayrhofen is approximately €2-3.
