Taxi/Ride-Share
From Quba city center, the most practical way to reach Afurja Waterfall is by taxi or ride-share. Negotiate the fare beforehand, as prices are not fixed. The ride to Afurja village takes approximately 40 minutes, costing around 20-30 AZN. Be aware that the final stretch of the road to the waterfall is unpaved and rocky, so confirm with the driver that their vehicle is suitable for the terrain. Some drivers may offer an additional fee for navigating the rougher section.
Public Transport
From Quba city center (Guba Bus Station), take a local bus to Afurja village. The bus ride takes about an hour. The fare is approximately 1 AZN. From Afurja village, you can hire a local 4x4 vehicle (often serving as taxis) for around 20-30 AZN to reach the waterfall, or walk the remaining 4 km. Walking takes approximately 1 hour along a rocky path. Note that the availability of 4x4 vehicles may be limited, especially during off-peak seasons.
