Driving
From Ismayilli city center, follow the main road north towards Talistan village. The drive is approximately 7 km and takes around 10-15 minutes. Once in Talistan, follow signs towards Javanshir Tower, about 4 km north of the village. Note that the roads can be narrow and winding. Parking is available near the tower.

Take a taxi from Ismayilli city center to Talistan village; this should cost approximately 5-8 AZN. Negotiate the price beforehand. From Talistan village center, you can either walk (4 km, 1-1.5 hours) or hire a local taxi for the final leg to Javanshir Tower.

From Talistan village center, the walk to Javanshir Tower is approximately 4 km and will take about 1-1.5 hours, depending on your pace and fitness level. Follow the road leading north out of the village, keeping the Agchay River to your left. Be prepared for a moderately challenging uphill walk.
