Chirag Gala: The Lamp Fortress of Azerbaijan

Chirag Gala, or 'Lamp Fortress,' is a captivating historical site in Azerbaijan, offering a blend of ancient history and stunning natural beauty. Inhabitants would light torches to warn allies of approaching enemies, signaling across the coastal plains. The fortress consists of 17 towers, offering extensive views of the surrounding landscape.
