From the center of Quba, a taxi or ride-share is the most convenient way to reach Balbulaq. The ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic, heading north towards the village of Amsar along the Quba-Khinalig road. Look for signs directing you towards Amsar and Balbulaq. The fare typically ranges from 5-8 AZN. Be aware that prices might be slightly higher during peak season or late hours.

If driving from Quba, follow the main road towards Khinalig. Balbulaq is located near the village of Amsar, about 22 km from Quba city center. The road is generally well-maintained. After Qechresh, it is the second village. Sedan can comfortably access the location. There is parking available at Balbulaq.
