The mosque's design blends traditional Shirvan-Absheron architectural style with modern elements. Its facade is made of special stones, and the interior is decorated with marble and wood, featuring verses from the Quran inscribed along the domes. The mosque has four 95-meter-high minarets and large domes, with the main dome reaching 55 meters and a secondary dome at 35 meters.
