Continue to the roundabout near the Bahrain International Circuit and take the exit to the coastal road. Follow signs to Nurana Islands. There is no cost to cross the Jid al Haj Bridge. Parking is available near the beach and is free.

    From Manama Bus Station, take bus route 13 towards the Northern Governorate. Alight at a bus stop near Jid Al Haj. From there, take a taxi or walk to Nurana Islands. The bus fare is approximately 0.30 BHD. A short taxi ride from Jid Al Haj to Nurana Islands will cost approximately 1-2 BHD.
