Start from the Manama Bus Terminal. Take Bus No. 10 towards Muharraq. The bus will take you along the main roads, and you should stay on for about 30 minutes. Get off at the Al Ghous Highway bus stop. From there, walk about 15 minutes northwest along the Al Ghous Highway until you reach Al Ghouse Park, which will be on your left side.

From wherever you are in Manama, you can hail a taxi. Just inform the driver to take you to 'Al Ghouse Park in Muharraq.' The ride should take around 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off directly at the park's entrance.

Walking
If you are near the Manama Souq, you can start your walk towards Al Ghouse Park. Head east on Al Khalifa Avenue until you reach the intersection with Al Ghous Highway. Turn left onto Al Ghous Highway and continue walking for about 5 km. The park will be on your right side. Ensure you stay on the pedestrian paths for safety.
