Taxi/Ride-Share
From central Manama, a taxi or ride-sharing service (Careem or Uber) to the Bahrain International Karting Circuit takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Enter 'Bahrain International Karting Circuit, 1062 Umm Jidar' as your destination. A one-way trip typically costs between 5-8 BHD. Note that surge pricing may apply during peak hours or special events.
Public Transport
To reach the Bahrain International Karting Circuit via public transport from Manama, take bus routes 15 or A2 from the Manama bus station towards Zallaq. Get off at the Zallaq Highway bus stop. From there, take a short taxi ride (approximately 5 minutes) to the circuit, costing around 1-2 BHD. The bus fare is approximately 0.300 BHD per trip. Alternatively, take bus routes 70 or A2 from the Manama bus station towards the University Terminus. From the University Terminus, it is approximately a 50-minute walk to the circuit. Keep in mind that bus schedules may be infrequent, so plan your trip accordingly.
Driving
If driving from Manama, head south on Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway. Continue straight for approximately 30 minutes, then take the exit towards Umm Jidar. Follow the signs for Bahrain International Karting Circuit. Parking is available at the circuit. During major events like Formula 1, parking may be free for 3-day ticket holders; otherwise, a fee may apply. During the Formula 1 Grand Prix, a new parking area at Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) is available for those without a car pass, with shuttle buses transporting fans to and from BIKC every 10 minutes.
