From Manama, take bus lines 16 or 70 from the Central Bus Station heading towards the Northern Governorate. Inform the driver you are going to Malkiya Beach. The bus fare is approximately 0.30-0.5 BHD. Once in Malkiya, the beach is a 10-minute walk from the bus stop; look for signs directing you to the beach. Check the bus schedule in advance, as service may vary, especially during weekends.

Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Careem are readily available in Manama. A taxi ride from central Manama to Malkiya Beach will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Driving
