Public Transport
From Manama, take bus route 15 towards Hamala Beach Resort. Alight at the Hamala Beach Resort bus stop. From there, it's approximately a 20-minute walk (1.5km) to Dumistan Beach. Follow the main road, Zaid Bin Omaira Highway, towards the coast. The bus fare is approximately 0.275 BHD.
Taxi/Ride-Share
From Zallaq, a taxi or ride-share to Dumistan Beach takes about 15 minutes. Expect to pay between 5-7 BHD, depending on traffic. It's advisable to confirm the fare before starting your trip or ensure the driver uses the meter. The beach is located off Zaid Bin Omaira Highway in Damistan.
Driving
From Zallaq, head north on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway. Continue for about 10 km until the Al Areen Wildlife Park exit. Stay on the main road past the park, and take the next exit for Damistan. Follow the signs towards Dumistan Beach. Parking is available near the beach and is free of charge. Be aware that the road leading directly to the beach has some potholes.
