From Dhaka, take a bus from Moakhali Bus Terminal directly to Tangail. Bus fare ranges from 250 to 500 BDT. From Tangail, the most convenient way to reach Mohera Jamider Bari is by CNG auto-rickshaw or local bus. CNG auto-rickshaws are readily available at the main bus stand or railway station. Negotiate the fare beforehand, which should be approximately 150-200 BDT for a direct trip to Mohera. Alternatively, take a local bus heading towards Mirzapur and get off at Natiapara bus stand, about 4 km from the estate. From Natiapara, hire a CNG or rickshaw for the remaining distance, costing around 50-80 BDT. The bus fare from Tangail to Natiapara is approximately 20-30 BDT.

Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber or Pathao may be available in Tangail town, although their availability can be limited.
