Getting There

• Walking

  From the main beach area of Cox's Bazar, head towards Marine Drive. You can start at the Cox's Bazar Sea Beach and walk along the shoreline until you reach the Marine Drive junction. The walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach Marine Drive, continue walking along the road, enjoying the scenic views of the sea on your left. Keep walking for about 2-3 kilometers until you reach the Himchari Fountain and Hill entrance, marked by a small sign. The area is well-known for its natural beauty and is popular with tourists.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near Cox's Bazar Sea Beach. Start your ride towards Marine Drive, following the same route as walking. The ride is relatively easy, and you'll enjoy the fresh sea breeze. It will take roughly 10-15 minutes to reach the Marine Drive entrance. Continue cycling for about 2-3 kilometers along Marine Drive until you reach Himchari Fountain and Hill. Make sure to wear a helmet, and be cautious of traffic while cycling.

• Rickshaw

  If you wish to avoid walking or cycling, you can take a local rickshaw from anywhere in Cox's Bazar to Himchari Fountain and Hill. Simply tell the rickshaw driver 'Himchari' or 'Marine Drive' as your destination. The ride will be approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The rickshaw will drop you off near the entrance of Himchari Fountain and Hill, where you can explore the area.
