Getting There

  • Rickshaw

    If you are starting from Dhaka's Sadarghat area, find a rickshaw and tell the driver you want to go to Central Shahid Minar, located at Language Martyr Monument, Unnamed Road, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. The driver should take you along the main roads, passing the National Museum and the Liberation War Museum. Keep an eye out for the large monument which is visible from a distance. Ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance.
