Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey in the Bhawal Region by heading towards the N-1 highway. Follow the N-1 until you reach the outskirts of Dhaka. From there, take the exit towards Sher-E-Bangla Nagar. Once you enter Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, follow the signs to the Bangladesh National Parliament House located at Dhaka 1207. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees that may apply.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  For those opting for public transportation, you can catch a bus from various points in the Bhawal Region that heads towards Dhaka. Look for buses with 'Dhaka' on their destination signs. Once you arrive in Dhaka, you can take a local rickshaw or taxi to reach Sher-E-Bangla Nagar. The fare for a rickshaw from the bus station to the Parliament House should range between BDT 100 to BDT 200, depending on your negotiation skills.

• Public Transportation (Train)

  If you prefer traveling by train, take a train from Bhawal to Kamalapur Railway Station in Dhaka. Once at Kamalapur, you can hire a local taxi or use a ride-sharing app to get to the Bangladesh National Parliament House in Sher-E-Bangla Nagar. This taxi ride will typically cost around BDT 300 to BDT 500 depending on traffic.

• Local Transportation (Rickshaw or Taxi)

  Once you're in the Sher-E-Bangla Nagar area, you can easily find rickshaws or taxis to take you directly to the Bangladesh National Parliament House.
