If you are starting from the Dhaka Railway Station, exit the station and head southeast towards the intersection with the main road. Cross the road and continue straight down the street named 'Bengal Bazar Road' for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with 'Shankhari Bazar Road'. Turn left onto Shankhari Bazar Road and walk straight for another 500 meters. The Sri Sri Raksha Kali Mata Temple will be on your left at number 58.

From your location in Dhaka, hail a rickshaw and tell the driver 'Shankhari Bazar, 58 Shankhari Bazar Road'. The driver will take you directly to the temple. Depending on traffic, the ride should take about 20-30 minutes. Make sure the driver knows the location as it's a popular site.

If you prefer to take a bus, head to the nearest bus stop that services routes towards Kotwali. Board a bus that goes towards 'Shankhari Bazar'. Once you reach Shankhari Bazar, disembark and walk approximately 100 meters down Shankhari Bazar Road. The temple will be located at number 58 on your right.

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) Auto Rickshaw
You can also opt for a CNG auto rickshaw. Simply find a nearby CNG stand or ask for one to be called. Request to go to '58 Shankhari Bazar Road'. The ride will be more spacious than a regular rickshaw and typically costs a little more. The journey should take around 15-25 minutes depending on traffic.
