After approximately 15 km, you will reach the Chittagong - Khagrachhari Rd. Turn left onto this road. Continue for about 5 km until you see the entrance to Alutila Guha on your right. Make sure to have a GPS or a map app handy for precise directions.

    From Sajek Valley, you can take a local bus or hire a shared taxi towards Khagrachhari. The ride will take about 30 to 45 minutes. Once you reach Khagrachhari, you will need to find a local bus heading towards Alutila Guha or a shared auto-rickshaw. Inform the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Alutila Guha, which is about 5 km from the main road. The total cost for the bus ride from Sajek to Khagrachhari is approximately 50 BDT, and the auto-rickshaw fare should be around 100-150 BDT.
