    From Shillong, drive southwest on NH6 towards Jowai for approximately 55 km until you reach Lad Ryngud. Turn left onto the road leading to Nohsngithiang Falls and follow the signs for about 10 km to the viewpoint. Parking is available near the viewpoint. Expect to pay a nominal parking fee.

  • Public Transport

    From Shillong, take a shared taxi from Police Bazaar towards Jowai and ask the driver to stop at Lad Ryngud. The ride takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. From Lad Ryngud, negotiate a local taxi or auto-rickshaw for the remaining 10 km to the viewpoint. Shared taxi fare from Shillong to Lad Ryngud is approximately ₹100-₹200. Expect to pay around ₹200-₹300 for the auto-rickshaw from Lad Ryngud to the falls.

    If you are staying near Shillong Peak, you can hike towards Nohsngithiang Falls View Point. Start from the Shillong Peak viewpoint and follow the trail down towards the Lad Ryngud area.
