It is highly recommended to hire a local guide from Kolabon Para to lead you through the forest, as the trail can be difficult to navigate. Guides typically charge between 200 to 300 BDT. Remember to factor in the cost of the guide and the time required for the trek when planning your trip.

From Kolabon Para, the only way to reach Hum Hum Waterfall is by trekking through the Rajkandi Reserve Forest, approximately 3-4 hours each way. The trek involves navigating dense forest and crossing streams; sturdy footwear is essential. Hiring a local guide from Kolabon Para is highly recommended (200-300 BDT). There are two trails from Kalabon Para to Hamham, Jhiri Path and Pahari Path. Although the Jhiri route takes a bit more time, the beauty of this route is much more than the hilly route. However, there are many leeches on the Jhiri road during monsoon.
