Public Transport
From Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados, the most economical way to reach Crane Beach is by bus. The Transport Board operates a direct bus service (12A) from Fairchild Street Terminal to Crane. The journey takes approximately 49 minutes and costs BDS$3.50.
Taxi
A taxi from Grantley Adams International Airport to Crane Beach is a quick and convenient option. The ride takes about 15 minutes, and the fare typically ranges from BDS$52 to BDS$64. Ensure the taxi is licensed and agree on the fare before starting the journey.
Driving
If driving from the airport, follow the signs for Sam Lord's Castle. The road will bend right, signposted for Sam Lord's, then left, signposted for The Crane. Continue past the Budget Supermarket and St. Martin's Church. Parking is available at the public beach access point. Alternatively, parking is available at The Crane Resort for a fee of BDS$25, redeemable at the bar or restaurant.
