If driving from Grantley Adams International Airport, head north following signs for Sam Lord's Castle. The road bends right, signposted Sam Lord's, then left towards The Crane. Pass Budget Supermarket and St. Martin's Church. Turn right at the sign for 'Public Access to Foul Bay Beach' and descend to the free car park. From Oistins, take Highway 7 towards the airport, then follow the signs as above. Parking is free.

From Oistins or Bridgetown, take bus routes 12A, 12D, 27, 11, or SE 12 towards Sam Lord's Castle or Kirtons. Ask the driver to stop at the Foul Bay Road junction.
