Start at the center of Bridgetown, near the Independence Square. From there, head east on Broad Street, which is one of the main thoroughfares in Bridgetown. You will pass the Parliament Buildings on your right. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto the Spring Garden Highway. Follow the road until you see signs for the Barbados Trailway on your left. The trail entrance is well marked, and you can easily access it by foot.
